Terms of Use

By using Timespanly you agree to these terms. They are short because the site is simple: free calculators and guides, with no accounts.

By Hassaan Rasheed. Published , updated .

In short

  • Free for personal and work use.
  • Results are tested but come with no warranty. Check anything with legal or pay consequences.
  • Nothing on the site is legal, tax, payroll or medical advice.

Using the site

You can use the calculators and guides for free, for personal or work use. Please don't send automated traffic that slows the site down, and don't copy the site as a whole.

Results

Every calculator is tested against the rules on the methodology page, but mistakes can still happen. Results are provided as is, without any warranty. When a result has legal, financial or work consequences, such as a court deadline or the hours on a paycheck, confirm it with the official source or a professional before you rely on it.

Not advice

The calculators do time and date math. Nothing on the site is legal, tax, payroll or medical advice.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Timespanly and Hassaan Rasheed are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its results.

Content

The text, code and design of the site belong to Hassaan Rasheed unless a page says otherwise. You may quote short parts of a guide with a link back to the page.

Some pages link to other websites. I don't control those sites and am not responsible for them.

Changes to the site

Calculators and guides may be changed, improved or removed at any time. I aim to keep the site available, but I can't promise it will always be online or free of errors.

Disputes and governing law

If something on the site causes you a problem, please contact me first. Most issues can be settled quickly by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Hassaan Rasheed lives, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

The site is used in the United States and around the world, and the consumer laws of your own state or country may give you rights that cannot be removed by agreement. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms
